Paul Nelsen’s career began on Wall Street, where he worked for the renowned investment bank Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, known as “the house that research built.” He later joined GTCR – Golder Thoma Cressey Rauner, a pioneering private equity firm based in Chicago. Since 1995, Mr. Nelsen has emerged as a leader in selling owner-driven businesses in both the UK and the USA. His clientele includes banks, private equity groups, Forbes 400 families, and major corporate entities.

Joe Khedoory started his career as a stockbroker in the City of London before assuming the role of head of corporate development and M&A for a prominent publicly listed mining and natural resource group. Over the past two decades, Mr. Khedoory has served as an independent advisor to privately held businesses in the UK and Europe.
