David Melton, the Managing Director of Sunbelt Brokerage Services, is a respected entrepreneur, businessman, and deal maker. He brings a wealth of experience to the table, having previously owned and operated multiple businesses. Mr. Melton’s career began in 1984, selling shoes, and he later transitioned to the automotive industry. He worked his way up from the wash bay to become the Managing Partner for multiple dealerships.

In addition to his role as Managing Director of Sunbelt Brokerage Services, Mr. Melton also serves as the head of the Northeast Automotive Division of Performance Brokerage Services, a position he has held since 2017. He is also an Affiliate Broker for Pointe Commercial Properties.
