Laura is an expert in mergers and acquisitions, with over 30 years of experience in the field. She has worked on both sides of the table, advising business owners on selling their companies and leading corporate development for a private equity-owned B2B media company. This unique perspective has given her a deep understanding of how buyers approach acquisitions and how to position her clients for success.

Throughout her career, Laura has completed over 60 transactions, ranging from small deals to multi-million dollar acquisitions. Her expertise lies in selling small businesses to large strategic acquirers in various industries, including consulting, HR outsourcing, staffing, training, business services, manufacturing, and technology. She is known for her resourcefulness in identifying and reaching prospective buyers, as well as her determination to exceed client expectations.

Laura holds an MBA with high honors from Bentley’s McCallum School of Business and a BS Magna Cum Laude in Finance and Economics from Bentley University. She is actively involved in professional organizations such as the Exit Planning Exchange and The Boston Club, where she serves on the Corporate Board Committee. Laura is also a sought-after writer, speaker, and presenter on M&A topics for various organizations and publications.

Outside of her professional life, Laura enjoys spending time in nature, hiking in the woods and hills near her home. She is actively involved in her church, serving as Treasurer and teaching Financial Peace University classes. Above all, Laura cherishes her role as a grandmother and loves spoiling her granddaughter.
