PJ Solomon is led by Founder and Chairman Peter J. Solomon, whose distinguished career spans more than 45 years in investment banking. The team consists of 15 Managing Directors and six Senior Advisors, all of whom have extensive experience in a variety of disciplines, including strategic analysis, mergers, acquisitions, financings, recapitalizations, and restructurings.
