Founded in 2015, Peakview Partners is a boutique firm that offers Partner-level advisory services for M&A and Financing transactions. With a focus on providing expertise and tailored support directly to each client, Peakview Partners was established by Tim Dailey and Warren Henson, both of whom have over 30 years of investment banking experience.

Warren and Tim have a longstanding professional relationship, having worked together on numerous transactions in the past. Their shared vision and friendship led them to launch Peakview Partners together. In March 2018, Alan Mayer joined as a Partner, and Jamie Cowan joined as a Senior Vice President.
