Founded by Jay Yarbrough, a former senior investment banker at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch with 20 years of advisory experience, North River offers strategic and capital raising initiatives to our clients. Our services include mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, private placements of debt and equity, and balance sheet restructurings. We also provide specialized consulting services for companies facing operational or financial challenges.
