Our sweet spot is representing companies with values in the upper end of the SBA loan range and slightly above. According to the 80-20 rule, our clients’ EBITDA typically falls within the range of $600,000 to $2 million.

We are industry agnostic, meaning we do not limit ourselves to specific sectors. However, we prefer companies where we can target buyers effectively. Our extensive combined experience of 30 years equips us with a high level of knowledge in getting deals done and understanding buy-sell banking policies.
