MM&A, Inc. (Mussler and Associates) has been a trusted advisor and transaction broker for businesses, investors, and other groups involved in middle market transactions since 1984. We have a strong track record of successfully assisting clients in entering and exiting various industries.

Before 1984 and continuing thereafter, we have not only provided advisory services but also owned and invested in several companies. These include Water Purification Systems, Inc., Water Equipment Manufacturing, Inc., and Clean Water, Inc. All of these businesses were eventually sold to Olsonite Corp. Additionally, we have experience in the plastic injection molding sector, having owned and operated two companies in this field.

Our expertise extends to a wide range of industries. We offer guidance and representation to companies involved in energy service units, water purification, injection and transfer molding, mold design, machining (including CNC), defense-aerospace, and medical instruments, among others. We are well-equipped to answer any questions you may have, and we do not charge for this initial consultation.

Furthermore, we are available to take on assignments that require more time and effort. This includes analyzing current operations and making recommendations for improvements, expanding sales efforts through various channels such as manufacturers representatives, tele-sales, and social media.
