Kinected Consulting is a Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory firm specializing in representing sellers of businesses with revenues between $5M-$50M. We offer three primary services to our clients.
Firstly, we provide M&A Advisory and Business Brokerage services. Acting as the ‘deal quarterback’, we oversee all the necessary details to successfully close transactions. This includes preparing a comprehensive business presentation package and executing a customized marketing strategy. We ensure the confidentiality of the business while promoting it to create a market of multiple qualified buyers. Additionally, we work closely with other professionals such as CPAs, attorneys, and bankers to facilitate the transaction. Our expertise lies in recommending and negotiating optimal terms and deal structures.
Secondly, we offer Opinions of Value to business owners. Our Broker’s Opinion of Value (BOV) provides an economical way for owners to understand the real market value of their businesses. BOVs are invaluable for owners who are considering selling, buying, transitioning to the next generation, or negotiating buy/sell agreements.
Lastly, we provide Business Consulting services. Leveraging our consulting and executive backgrounds, we help clients implement financial and operational improvements to maximize the selling price of their business. Our expertise in this area allows us to assist clients in achieving their desired outcomes.
Some of our recent transactions include selling a plumbing services firm to a private equity group, selling a global e-commerce lifestyle brand to a private equity group, selling a precision aerospace parts fabricator, and selling a pressure-sensitive label printing company and commercial property to an individual buyer. We have also advised on numerous due diligence efforts that have successfully reduced transaction costs and accelerated time to closing.
