Kasper & Associates (K&A)
Kasper & Associates (K&A) was established in 1984 to address the lack of expertise in the merger and acquisition field, particularly in the Fort Worth/Dallas metropolitan area, as well as in North and Central Texas. Our primary focus is on selling medium-sized, privately-owned manufacturing, distribution, and service businesses, while also assisting potential buyers in finding and acquiring such businesses.
The companies we represent have selling prices ranging from $700,000 to $35,000,000, with sales revenues ranging from $1,000,000 to $70,000,000. These medium-sized companies often go unnoticed or underserved by Wall Street and are too complex for local business brokers. However, they are precisely the type of companies that K&A specializes in representing.
At K&A, we provide sellers with guidance on various aspects, including determining the current market value of their business, structuring the transaction, identifying sources for asset appraisals, and financially qualifying buyers. For buyers, we assist in finding sources for financing and preparing formal offers, among other services.
Our team of principals and associates brings extensive managerial and ownership experience to the table. This background allows us to understand and cater to the needs of today’s business owners. Since our inception, K&A has successfully facilitated over 300 transactions.
The merger and acquisition specialists at K&A possess a diverse range of skills in manufacturing, wholesale distribution, marketing, sales, personnel, new product development, and M&A activities. This expertise enables us to establish strong relationships with both business owners and buyers, ultimately driving successful outcomes for our clients.
In addition to traditional financial analysis, K&A possesses a unique ability to identify and evaluate hidden assets and liabilities within a company. This includes assessing the strengths and weaknesses of key managers and understanding the competitive environment. With this knowledge, K&A can accurately determine a company’s market value and negotiate the best deal for all parties involved in the transaction.
