Jsquare Conseil combines the strengths of a boutique with the experience acquired in greater structures. Our team has been trained with the most renowned players in the finance industry, having previously worked for Rothschild, Lazard, JP Morgan, Apax, Ernst & Young, and others.

Through the network acquired over our years of experience, we link our clients to potential partners, both at the national and international level. We work with companies at all stages of the business cycle, from fast-growing to mature companies, and on all types of transactions, from divestitures and acquisitions to pre/post transaction financial advisory, private placements, or fund raisings.
