Intelligent Funding

We act as Finance Facilitators. We help a few clients at a time to:

– Get ready for funding by preparing business plans, advising on the best way to present the company, and helping to prepare a professional presentation for potential investors or lenders.

– Place the opportunity with a few select lenders or investors whom we have pre-qualified and carefully screened.

– Upon receiving interest from one of these select investors or lenders, we help the client in negotiating the best deal for all involved.

If the company is able to complete the process and accepts an investment loan or acquisition, we are rewarded (upon success).
