Terry Snyder, President and CEO

Terry Snyder brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role as President and CEO of IM&M Solutions. With a successful career in the apparel industry, Terry has a proven track record of developing and positioning global brands. During his time at Jockey International Inc., he played a pivotal role in establishing Jockey as a Global Master Brand, overseeing the successful launch of Jockey for Her intimate apparel and sheer hosiery. These product introductions became some of the most successful in the history of the apparel industry. Terry also led the development and introduction of Tommy Hilfiger underwear in upscale department stores nationwide.

In addition to his accomplishments in the apparel business, Terry joined Johnson Outdoors Inc. as Group Vice President of the Outdoor Equipment Division. Here, he implemented an acquisition strategy that rapidly expanded and repositioned the watercraft category, making JOI the market leader in canoes and kayaks.

In 1999, Terry founded IM&M Solutions, a dynamic and innovative firm that specializes in business brokering, consulting, and coaching services for senior-level executives of small to mid-market companies. With his extensive background in consumer products, Terry possesses a deep understanding of what works and what doesn’t in the business world.
