Michael Givner founded IMG Business Advisors in 2013 after spending 16 years working for large investment banks, most of that time with Jefferies Group. IMG specializes in business sales and exit strategies for small business owners. The lower end of the M&A middle market, companies with annual revenues from $5 to $50 million, is their focus with clients across a wide array of industries.
