Since 1996, I have been providing assistance to corporations and individuals in acquiring, divesting, and valuing various Internet service companies. These include web hosting, cloud services, IaaS, SaaS, eCommerce, VAR’s, MSP’s, VoIP, Internet marketing firms, digital agencies, big data, business intelligence, and even the old-fashioned ISP’s.

One aspect of my work involves helping CEOs and business owners in organizing, marketing, and selling their companies. This entails guiding them through the process and ensuring a smooth transition.

The other half of my work involves being under a buyside consulting agreement with over 150 buyers worldwide. I assist them in sourcing, analyzing, and acquiring different Internet service companies and assets across the globe. This allows me to leverage my extensive network and expertise to connect buyers with suitable opportunities.

I hold a Masters of Science in Finance degree from Bentley Graduate School of Business in Waltham, Mass. Over the years, I have been involved in more than 200 technology-related transactions in various countries, including the US, Canada, UK, Australia, India, Ireland, Northern Europe, and many others.
