Dynamic Properties, founded in 1970, is the largest and leading independent real estate company in the State of Alaska. With almost four decades of market changes, our company has grown and prospered. Our goal at Dynamic Properties is to be the premier provider and partner of choice, connecting buyers and sellers.

In 1990, Jackie and Frank Danner acquired Dynamic Properties. Jackie, as the Broker, brings over 30 years of experience in all aspects of the real estate business. Frank, on the other hand, had a successful career as a tax partner for an international CPA Firm before retiring. Together, the Danners have combined their talents in real estate, finance, and business expertise to lead Dynamic Properties in achieving its goals.

We take pride in having Alaska’s most professional and experienced team of over 150 full-time experts, specializing in all areas of real estate. While residential real estate is the main focus of our business, we also have sales associates who specialize in new construction, commercial real estate, land, and property management. Additionally, we have several bilingual associates, providing an added benefit to our clients.
