Corporate Finance Advisors Inc.

Corporate Finance Advisors, Inc. (“CFA”) was established in 1986 to offer business intermediary and management consulting services to clients in Northeast Ohio. Initially affiliated with an international firm with a presence in sixty-five U.S. cities and three foreign countries, CFA became an independent entity under the leadership of Ronald B. Salupo, CPA. With a wealth of experience in both public accounting (Ernst & Young and Salupo & Associates, CPA’s) and private business sectors, Salupo incorporated CFA to provide comprehensive services to clients.

CFA specializes in serving various industries, including healthcare (with a focus on medical transcription, medical billing/coding/collections, and third-party administrator business segments), radio broadcasting, manufacturing, service industries (with an emphasis on child care centers), legal and financial organizations, as well as individual owners and investors. The company leverages state-of-the-art computer software technology to deliver its services effectively.

The primary objective of CFA is to help clients achieve their goals by delivering services of the highest quality, integrity, and confidentiality. The company offers expertise in business valuations, mergers, acquisitions (including acquisition searches), divestitures, and financing. By adhering to these core principles, CFA aims to provide exceptional value to its clients.
