About David R Still

David R Still is the founder, designated business broker, and lead business appraiser of Capital Endeavors, Inc. With his expertise as a Certified Business Intermediary in the Southeast, he specializes in facilitating mergers and acquisitions for privately held companies with gross sales ranging from $1,000,000 to $50,000,000.

As a highly accomplished professional, David holds the prestigious titles of CBI (Certified Business Intermediary) and M&AMI (Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary), the highest level of recognition from the International Business Brokers Association. With his firsthand experience as a former co-owner and publisher of the Gwinnett Post-Tribune newspaper, David understands the financial and emotional challenges that business owners face during the sale of their businesses. He has personally bought and sold three other businesses for his own ventures, giving him a comprehensive understanding of both sides of the transaction.

In addition to his role as a business appraiser, David focuses on assisting privately owned corporations, family businesses, and partnerships in clarifying their growth strategies and estate planning through planned exit strategies for the future.

Professional Bio/Boards/Memberships:

David actively participates in several professional organizations, including the International Business Brokers Association, M & A Source, Georgia Association of Business Brokers (where he served as President for two terms), and the Institute of Business Appraisers. Locally, he serves as a board member for the Community Foundation for North East Georgia. David has also contributed his expertise to advisory boards for Gwinnett Tech University, the Lawrenceville Tourism and Trade Association, the American Red Cross-Gwinnett, the Lawrenceville Kiwanis Club (as past president), and the Lawrenceville Certified Literate Community Coalition. Currently, he serves on the Lawrenceville City Council and is a member of the Lawrenceville Downtown Development Association (as past Chair).

Personal Bio:

David graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Georgia, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with general honors. He resides in Lawrenceville, Georgia, with his wife Vicki. They are active members of the First United Methodist Church of Lawrenceville, where David serves in various volunteer positions and as a small group facilitator.
