Over the years, the firm successfully facilitated more than 300 transactions, covering various aspects of corporate finance such as debt and equity financing, sell-side and buy-side mandates, management buyouts, and restructuring.

In January 2018, Jain & Company Chartered Professional Accountants merged with Baker Tilly Nova Scotia Inc., further strengthening the firm’s capabilities and expanding its reach.
