In Vietnam, there are over 200 listed companies that are minority-owned and trading on the lowest multiples in the world. Surprisingly, no one has researched or visited these companies in over 2 years, except for us.

What sets Vietnam apart from other markets in Asia is its offering of Listed M&A targets. We have extensively researched and visited over 100 listed companies with free floats of over 65% (some as high as 90%). These companies are trading as low as 2x earnings, presenting a cashflow opportunity, or at 5% of recoverable NAV, offering a land bank opportunity.

We are particularly interested in listed companies operating in sectors such as Resorts, Hotels, Serviced Apartments, Urban residential, Satellite city, Hospital, Education – International School, Industrial Parks, Apartment Complexes, Transport Construction, Low-cost housing, Sugar, Retail space, Cement, Steel, Construction, Brokerage/Investment Bank/Private Equity, and more.

The opportunity size for investment ranges from US$5-30m, with estimated returns of 500-1000% over a 3-5 year period.
